I wrote this post a long time ago, and I never shared it. When I was doing some blog clean-up during my revamp of the site I rediscovered it. I wanted to share this information in the hopes that it will help someone else. I spruced the post up a little but it’s still pretty raw. Despite that fact, I would would like to present an article that is important for being true to yourself. Nourishment of the mind and soul is very necessary to a healthy life. I mean, I got my degree in Psychology – so I feel mental health is equally important to physical.
